Frédérique van 't Groenewout-Beerden

Frédérique is responsible for the institute's human resources and leads the HR team. She advises the Management Team on all HR matters. The HR team works with the HR policy landscape in support of the overall strategy. They enable IHS to attract, recruit, and develop staff, enable a foundation for a great staff experience, and empower people to lead.

As head of the department, Frédérique guides and manages the HR staff and develops and oversees the department's strategy and planning in line with institutional targets and budgets.

Frédérique has a background in business administration and a specialization in organizational change. Before joining IHS, Frédérique led various people & culture projects and assignments at ABN AMRO and different IKEA organisations.
