To support the professional development of our dedicated candidates in these uncertain times, IHS will be offering a 25% tuition fee waiver for the upcoming cohort (16 November 2020-17 August 2021) of the Developing Social Housing Projects course.
Developing Social Housing Projects
Developing social housing projects that are successful for all stakeholders is a challenging endeavor. Often one can find projects which have an excellent design but are not affordable or which are affordable but not responsive to resident’s needs.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to successfully develop a social housing programme or project proposal which fulfils social housing goals. The knowledge and experience of social housing in the Netherlands is used throughout the course to introduce complex aspects and actors of social housing projects.
Note:
Due to the global health crisis and the related prevailing international travel restrictions and border measures, the Developing Social Housing Projects short course will be implemented as a hybrid version. The course will therefore take place partly online and partly face-to-face.
