At IHS, we are shocked and saddened by the attacks of Russia on Ukraine and the enormous amount of suffering, damage and loss of human life which results from this situation. Our hearts go to all those affected and their close ones in these very difficult times. We stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine and all the innocent people who suffer from this war.
Many countries and their citizens have shown solidarity and we join them in wishing to see this conflict come to an end. As an international community, we stand for diversity, openness and non-discrimination. Now, more than ever, we must remain united and take care of each other. The Erasmus University has also issued a statement regarding this situation. Read the statement here.
If you are a student affected by this, you can check some of the university-wide mental health resources listed below. Additionally, should you need help, you can always reach out to our Education Management Office or to the programme coordinator.
