Hector Steenbergen-Cockerton

Hector Steenbergen-Cockerton is an Academic Assistant at IHS. He is a Social Sciences graduate from the University of Amsterdam, and his undergraduate studies were in Social Policy at the University of Bristol. 

Hector's research focuses on community organisational networks, urban development policy, and their relationship with the built environment. He also studies energy transition and urban resilience to climate change. His research interests arise from his time spent in community organising, local politics, and social work.
